Vintage audio repair and restoration

Dead channels, distortion, noisy controls, power-supply faults and equipment that won’t come out of protection: we investigate the problem and discuss the work your unit needs. Services can include fault diagnosis, component replacement, capacitor work, control cleaning, adjustments and testing.

Rates, turnaround and warranty

  • Vintage receiver diagnosis: $90 for the first diagnostic hour.
  • Further audio repair work: generally $75–$100 per hour plus parts, depending on complexity.
  • Typical turnaround: 2–4 weeks, depending on the work and parts availability.
  • Repair warranty: 90 days, excluding misuse.
